I wound pass on the Jax Inn.
The front desk clerk was busy outside talking to random street people and almost refused to check me in until I said I already had a reservation. The condition of the lobby seems like it has been run down for years i’ve kept her clean on a regular basis. I was told not to answer the door for anyone except for the front desk person and not let any random females in my room it’s a very dangerous part of town. I open the door to my room to see a it grimy and unkept. The final straw was there was roaches crawling all over the room so I went back to the front desk and asked for a refund which they would not implement.

Doesn't meet basic sanitary standards. Everything is very dirty, roaches in bathroom, bed bugs in beds. Ended up sleeping in a truck, front desk wouldn't refund me
