"Very disappointing stay. My room was on the first floor, and there was constant noise from people walking upstairs from the time I checked in until around 2 a.m. It seemed like guests were continuously checking in or moving around on the second floor, but the noise was extremely loud. Since my room was right next to the parking area, I was also woken up by people talking outside and the sound of car engines starting from around 5 or 6 a.m. I only got about two hours of sleep the entire night.
What made it even worse was that when I checked out, I reported the issue to the front desk. One of the female staff members told me she would submit a request for a $100 refund through the booking platform. However, when I later contacted the platform, they told me the hotel said there was no record of my complaint or refund request, and I had to follow up myself.
This was the most expensive hotel of my Yellowstone trip, but unfortunately it was also the worst experience. Very disappointed!!"
