"Everything the resort has to offer is great. We had our 11 year old beagle with us. The staff were amazing, even had a lil treat bag for her. The hot pools were really nice, perfect temps, the heated concrete pool decks are a bonus. The restaurant and bar Sudden Sally’s was really really good. Our waiter Kyle gave us spot on recommendations. The room had a beautiful view 👌. However. This is our only complaint the bed was not comfortable at all, for either of us. We didn’t sleep well. If we had a comfortable bed and lil more water pressure in shower, this review would have been 5 stars across the board. We did enjoy our weekend regardless would stay again 100%"

"The room was clean and in good condition. Bed was a little firm for our liking and the large burner on the stove did not work. Otherwise was a very good visit. The amenities were good and the staff was very helpful!"

"The hotel was in a great location right on the Bow River and close to downtown with all the shops and dining options. The only negative thing was that alot of trains go through day and night and blow the horn. The hotel did provide ear plugs"
