"Friendly staff, clean premises"

"I just had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Vijan Palace in Jabalpur, April 9 - April 10 - and my experience totally exceeded my expectations. As soon as I walked in the door, the staff showed me professionalism, respect, and hospitality that made me feel comfortable and welcomed - honestly (I felt at home). "Good for a solo business trip. No nonsense hotel, not for someone expecting cozy stay"

"Good short stay for 3 days. Very centrally located hotel, close to all amenities. Polite, friendly and professional staff. Clean rooms and corridors. Good breakfast which I paid for separately. Overall very good hotel to stay for short work stay in the heart of town. Good restaurants within walking distance from hotel. Bit noisy in the front rooms due to main road. Manager Gladwyn was very helpful and so were other staff."

"The location is good being next to the Railway Station. But hotel looks very ordinary. It’s definitely not worth the money."

"The only thing in this hotel which is good is thier Staff. Rest all is surely not worth the money. Rooms were not clean, Roaches all over the room, No water bottles placed even if you call and ask for water will take atleast 30 mins. Location is was ok ok. Hope Expedia reviews this property before listing them. I checked out 2nd night since it was horrible"

"I would have rated OK (average) ie you get what you pay for. Facilities, convenience, hotel staff etc is good. My reasons for disappointment : a) I had to change rooms twice in 4 days - plumbing and other issues b) Cleanliness/hygiene an issue - saw a rat in their restaurant c) Took 30 mins to check out because room was booked through expedia - I could have missed my flight !"

"Not ideal "

"Ze hadden de reservering niet, dus moest nogmaals betalen voor de kamer. Tevens is de kamer onder een nachtclub. "
