"Good short stay for 3 days. Very centrally located hotel, close to all amenities. Polite, friendly and professional staff. Clean rooms and corridors. Good breakfast which I paid for separately. Overall very good hotel to stay for short work stay in the heart of town. Good restaurants within walking distance from hotel. Bit noisy in the front rooms due to main road. Manager Gladwyn was very helpful and so were other staff."

Rooms were not clean, Roaches all over the room, No water bottles placed even if you call and ask for water will take atleast 30 mins. Location is was ok ok. "I would have rated OK (average) ie you get what you pay for. Facilities, convenience, hotel staff etc is good. My reasons for disappointment : a) I had to change rooms twice in 4 days - plumbing and other issues b) Cleanliness/hygiene an issue - saw a rat in their restaurant c) Took 30 mins to check out because room was booked through expedia - I could have missed my flight !"
