"I ended up staying at a different property in the exact same building, because the property manager was not responsive at all to all texts, calls or email and he cancelled my reservation at the time of check in!!! So i was fortunate to find another in the same building. he claimed there was construction in the building, but i got there and checked the entire building/tower and there was No construction. To me it was miss handling of the reservation. "
