"First time in Virginia Beach. The Schooner Inn is so well situated to enjoy the beach, boardwalk and local restaurants. Try the chef's burger at Big Sam's Inlet Cafe. The staff at the Schooner Inn was so helpful. The view of the sunrise, surfers, swimmers, walkers, bikers, and boats from my window and balcony never ceased to please."

Microwave was broken, TV screen had line through it. Hot tub was 108 degree F and had not been serviced (or cleaned?) in 6 days (maintenance aware) and windows out to ocean in pool area filthy. faucet in bathroom sink was missing cover so sprayed aggressively."
