"Parking was so small. I gave it a poor stay because we didn't get any sleep with the loud music and screaming people. We called more than 3 times about the noise and nothing was ever done. We didn't even get to use the pool as planned because they said it was being cleaned."

"I stayed spring break 2026. The first room I recorded smelled heavily of mold and wet dog, with a lovely black stain on the couch. I immediately went downstairs to get a new room. The front desk clerk rolled her eyes as though I didn’t know what I was speaking on. As someone who suffers from allergies, I know what mold smells like. I had the headache from hades in that room. After greeting a new room which smelled much better, I will note there was STILLLLLL MOLD in the room. The ceiling had black spots, the bathroom mold stains, the balcony door, RUSTED. There lucky there were no refunds because I would have paid more to go to a well known chain hotel next door. I’d also go directly through the hotel instead of Expedia bc Expedia doesn’t help you once they’ve been paid. "

"Staff were absolutely AMAZING, very welcoming and warming. We did have a minor issue but front desk took care of it immediately and upgraded us to another room. The Beach view is absolutely beautiful! The amenities are also very convenient and everything is in walking distance of the hotel. It’s literally a little resort and they also have an activity center for children or anyone interested. I highly recommend this place and will be visiting a few more times throughout the summer! "
