The best place we have stayed on a 20 day tour or Japan - large room, great views, a restaurant downstairs I’d visit every week if it were in my own high street… and some very good sushi, ramen and local bars around the corner too."

"We stayed here as we wanted to visit Miyajima island for a day trip. That worked really well and it was a good place to stay in Hiroshima and match with the island day trip. If you were not doing this, I do not know why you would stay here though. Room price was OK, but was very small, beds were hard and pillows uncomfortable. Breakfast was very expensive and so were all dining options except for the onsite okonomyaki (which was great). We had the top floor buffet the other night, which was OK, but the okonomyaki was probably actually better and 1/4 the price. Other reason we staid here was the pictures of the indoor pool, but this is actually a spa and is a paid extra per person. Checked later and saw that the description doesn't say indoor pool - so that was on us I guess..."

"The Hilton Hiroshima was a good place for a quick layover between cities. The amenities are more limited than other hotels we’ve stayed at in Japan. The staff was very helpful! The breakfast buffet was great for our family and kept us full through lunch. "

Everything was high quality, the rooms, the onsen, the lounge area, etc. Most importantly, the staff and the bartender (Kai) were super helpful and welcoming. "
