"The hotel is very lovely and located just a short stroll from the Old Town. Staff is super helpful and all speak English. The down side was the room right next to a tram track which was very noisy. We stayed 2 nights and we requested a room change, which we had and all was good then. We used spa, sauna and steam room but unfortunately the plunge pool was out of use. Gym was too basic so we decided not to use it, but overall nice place to chill. I would stay again in this hotel."

The reception staff advised that even when a city-view room is booked, it may not always be available, which was disappointing.
