Beautiful and newly refurbished property. The rooms are big and it’s very welled located with Kawaramachi street approx. 10 min walk. The spa facilities are fantastic and the gym is well equipped. Unfortunately the service is not quite there yet. I had asked the hotel to contact me regarding a tea ceremony and I was informed that they had no way to contact an international phone number. In the end I was not concerned about the ceremony but more about how they would contact me if there was an emergency as I’ve never come across this issue before. I asked if they were equipped to contact me via WhatsApp and the response was ‘no’. Overall, nice place to stay.

It had everything I needed. Room was spacious and clean. The complimentary bottled water was so expensive looking.The communal dining area was nice and they provided everything you would need. With a mall just across the road was very convenient to get foodstuff and even friendly luggage forwarding ...
