Very friendly staff, well organized, and clean place. Only issue we had was that there is not an onsen for families, they’re all either male or female. Additionally, tattoos not allowed in the onsen.

Small friendly town, very clean, peaceful

Excellent experience, the staff was fantastic, very accommodating, friendly. The food was excellent as well. The traditional Japanese experience was well worth it al.

全体的に古さがあるが適切にリノベーションされていた。部屋はあまり広くなく、たまたまか展望は良くなかった。食事の量は十分過ぎて食べきれなかった。夜は無料のショーがあり楽しめた。

朝のブュッフェが時間で別れて食べるのですが、人が多く非常に混雑してます。席も危うく座れない方も居るのではないかと思います。米や味噌汁等、おかわりされる方が列より割り混んで来るなど多く見られたので改善された方が。

施設は古さがあり、今風に言うとエモいホテルでした。アウトバウンドでごった返す観光地が多い中、ここは人も多くなく本当にリラックスできました。日常からの解放でした。街全体に昭和を感じる趣に古い歴史の観光ホテルは、子供の頃の家族旅行で泊まったホテルを思い出します。不思議な部屋風呂の形で、大浴場を使用したので入る機会はありませんでしたが写真は撮りました。何より隣のボーリング場がとてもよかった！レトロ！！トイレや喫煙所までが昭和の子どもが探検したような迷宮的な作り。不思議な空間はザ旅という感じ。

朝食バイキング付きで一泊させていただきました。 ネットで見たよりは施設が古く感じたが、充分きれいなお宿でした。 １つだけマイナスをあげると、部屋のトイレの換気扇がうるさいことくらいでしょうか。。 扉を閉めていれば部屋までは響きませんが。 チェックアウト後に子供がおもちゃを部屋に忘れたことに気が付いたのですが、電話で問い合わせた所、丁寧に対応してくださり、翌日着で自宅へお手紙を添えて郵送してくださいました。

建物は古いようですがお部屋はリフォームされているようで、極端な古さや不便さは感じず、夜間も周囲は静かでゆっくりと過ごす事ができました。スタッフの対応もよく、近くにはコンビニもあり便利です。宿泊費、相応のサービスで特に不快な事もなく滞在できました。ありがとうございました。

スタッフの方々が皆感じ良かったです。 外国人のスタッフも笑顔で頑張っていてとても好感が持てました。 館内もとても清潔で、ウェルカムドリンクも嬉しかったです。 お風呂のお湯がぬるすぎず熱すぎず、本当に丁度いい湯加減でした。 海も駅も徒歩で行けるので便利です。 東京からも近いので、また美味しい魚を食べに来ます！

綺麗にはされているのと、コロナの対策もしっかりしてますが、ちょっとだけツメが甘い感じでした。 【良かったところ】 お部屋はきれいでした お部屋のトイレとお風呂と脱衣所が別でした 冷蔵庫が自由に使える コンセントも多い 【あと一歩と感じた部分】 個室のお風呂の電気が切れてる シャンプーなどのボトルがヌルヌルしてる テレビの電源がつかない（これは、すぐにスタッフさんが来て対応してくれました） 【コロナ対策がされてる点】 エレベータ前にアルコール設置 朝食のおかずやサラダが個装になっていて、ごはんなどだけ自分でよそう（手袋とマスク着用で） 大浴場の脱衣所のカゴの数の制限 紙コップがセットされている お茶がペットボトル あとは、お部屋にはWi-Fiが無いので、個人的には不便でした。 ホテルでなくお宿なので、仕方ないと思いますが。 【お部屋にあったもの】 湯船付きのお風呂とシャワー、洗面所、冷蔵庫、テレビ、エアコン、座卓、テーブル、鏡、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、ハンドソープ、歯ブラシ、コップ、スリッパ、浴衣、フェイスタオル、バスタオル、金庫、ドライヤー、お茶、ポット、紙コップ
