"This is my second time staying here while on vacation. I was a little nervous as I am from Canada and I don't speak any Portuguese. Igor at the front desk was amazing. He speaks very good English and went above and beyond for me. The one night that I was not able to see the people I came to visit Igor gave me a suggestion for supper and helped me order it. The only thing that I was disappointed in was the wifi. I will be coming back to Brazil in 3 months for my son's wedding and will...

"A good hotel."

"The rooms do not have windows and one can hear the noise from the road, the linens smelled and towels were worn off. The only thing that was good was the staff - extremely courteous, helpful and proactive."

"Very clean, large and spacious room, very comfortable bed and bedding, beautiful scenery, overlooking the mountains. "

Serviço a melhorar.

"A clean and comfortable hotel in the center of town. Valquíria at the reception desk was amazing and gave us a perfect room with a huge colorful sunset from our window each evening. "
