The staff was very friendly, but you could see that they were understaffed because it took a while to check in. The room was nice, but there was red tape on the wall holding on a trim piece. Maybe no one had followed up after repair? One of the main reasons I chose this hotel over another was the hot tub and pool, but the hot tub was "out of order". The next morning around 8:00, there was very loud banging down our hallway which woke us up. To make matters even worse, housekeeping knocked on our door twice and the second time they came in!!!! They were apologetic, but it definitely prompted us to leave the hotel earlier than expected. Overall, the room was decent and beds were comfortable.
