"Don’t use a 3rd party to book here. Booked 7 days prior to arrival. Just to be told they were booked along with about 15 other families and spent 4 hrs trying to find a place to stay. The young man at the front desk was absolutely fantastic as he was being berated by other guests."

"The room itself was clean but bathroom was out of soap since beginning and the toilet bowl was leaking. I never ask for a room with special abilities but the room was for people with mobility restriction and not proper for regular use."
