"Quick overnight before an early flight out of BSL. Front desk was friendly and helped schedule our ride for the morning. Free airport shuttle was on time and honestly a blessing. Room was small but served its purpose and was comfortable."

"It was value for money as a budget hotel. However whole building was designed for winter I believe. It’s not a liveable place in summer weather specially hot weather like this year (2026) without air conditioning. This was the main concern for me. Hotel staff have changed our fan, a better one, following my request to change the room."

"Great hotel great location. Close to everything including museums the river and restaurants. The amenities in the hotel were also very good including the pool which was a big hit with my son. Would love to come back again here may be for Christmas markets."
