"Very friendly and helpful staff."

"Hotel is ideally located - close to shops and restaurants, plus a short walk to local attractions. Front desk staff were SO helpful with maps, directions and answering questions. We did not have the right electrical adapter (coming from the US) and they even loaned us one for our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel! I will note that there is road construction going on directly in front of the hotel but it did not bother us."

"We arrived early, hoping to drop out cases until check-in time whilst we began exploring the city. In the event we were offered an upgrade to a larger room that was ready for occupation, which of course we accepted. The room was large and comfortable, with a comfortable seating area and very comfortable beds. The room was a little too hot on the first night, but we turned the thermostatic valves on all of the radiators down to "frost protect" and it was much more comfortable on our second night. We had booked breakfast inclusive and we pleased with the range of items offered. A real bonus was the availability of complimentary hot drinks throughout the day (until 9pm). The staff were very friendly and helpful. A really pleasurable stay in a good location to explore the city."
