"Convenient parking, welcoming professional & friendly staff on arrival. Nothing too much trouble. Room in convenient location and given the current heatwave quite cool. Also thoughtfully two fans provided. We were disturbed around 3am by other guests in the corridor outside our room. Room extremely clean, generous size & well equipped."

"Wonderful clean room with many amenities. Exceptional dinner and breakfast all served by very friendly staff. Hotel is in a beautiful setting with lovely large patio, plenty of outside comfortable seating with marvellous views across the gardens. Second time we have stayed here and will definitely be back again!"

"Very helpful and thoughtful staff. Upgraded room had wonderful view of open parkland. Guest lounge/living area provided fridge, microwave and dining seating. Location close to train station and buses. Supermarket and town centre about 1km from the accomodation. Garden and entrance need attention and don’t reflect the care of the interior. A pleasant stay."

"We had an enjoyable stay.All aspects very pleasing - especially the Indian food dishes which we ordered. Breakfasts very good too. We had a well-appointed room, spacious and suitable for my disabled wife. My only criticism is about policy of only servicing rooms when asked for; regular daily servicing means any problems are seen and can be dealt with sooner rather than later. Care for environment can be seen to by asking simply for thoughtful use of towels - avoid unnecessary washing. Thank you."
