and Gym were shut and that was one of the main reasons for choosing the hotel. The pool was amazing and a great relief from the heat. There seemed to be some mixup with the reservation and the front desk staff were not helpful especially for a 5 star hotel, they finally addressed the issue and seemed to blame Hotels.com rather than take responsibility. I would not stay there again "

Carpets in lobby and hallway of 710 need either cleaning or replacing and fragrance of entire indoor hotel is too musky but is just my personal opinion. Staff at pool was inattentive and had to constantly walk to bar to order...
