"Well kept hotel. Clean. Staff was available and helpful. Toilet kept backing up and there wasn't a plunger in the bathroom. The room only had towels for two people and we had three. Two beds. Bulky pillows. Hotels should have three different thicknesses of pillows for guests. I absolutely HATE when cash is not accepted. So, I have to pull out a card for a $2 candy purchase. Ridiculous! Provide vending then so customers can use cash."
