"We had originally booked for only 4 days but this was such a lovely property that we extended our visit. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very spacious. "This is a unique and special property. Our room was beautiful - old-world charm and very well maintained. I wonder if they might be understaffed. Our check-in was not ideal. It was raining, we buzzed the front gate and were let into an open courtyard. It took 15 minutes for someone to finally greet us and let us into the reception area. Breakfast is self-serve. There were no porters to help carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Beautiful hotel - needs better service."
