"We’re not notified of smaller cabin until after fees were deducted from card. The booking site said camp bed available on request but manager had no clue. My teenage son spent the nights in a swag that we bought with us. Cabin was 6x2m, not suitable for family of 4. Hot water not switched to full gas tank before we arrived. Wifi provided but didn’t work. Cupboards dirty, stains on pull out couch mattress cover and extra blankets unwashed and smelly. After 2 nights, we left a day earlier...
