"We always stay here as it is in the centre of city,walkable to shopping,restaurants,love the Aqua Terra restaurant for dinner,staff is fabu;our,Cole was our waiter this time. Love having cocktails in the lobby lounge,staff are great.Rooms are great,overlooking water,very clean,houskeeping staff very friendly as well. Check in was great and staff very friendly."

"Overall great experience at the hotel, great location, comfortable, good shower, location is awesome, close to everything in the downtown kingston. The parking of the hotel didn't work for us because our SUV was big, but we had parking spots at the front of the hotel which was I believe 17 dollars a day and you can buy more than one day if needed."
