"Checked in in the afternoon, then stepped out for work. I had given my brother's cell no as a local contact in India. My brother got call from the hotel to confirm if I checked out at 6:30 PM. He tried reaching the hotel front desk to let them know that I have not but nobody was picking up the phone. Finally when I got back to the hotel @11:30 pm and talked with the front desk. They didn't know who checked me out or if it was a mistake or not. Also called from my room for the Wi-Fi issues and nobody returned the call. I was given the very last room on the back side of the hotel and had a view of the single storied bldg on the back side that had bunch of construction and stuff dumped. Inside of the hotel, restaurants and staff was very friendly otherwise. They even gave extended check out after 12:30 pm."

"The staff especially those who are incharge are not kind enough and do not work toward Customer delight, like Jyoti , they just follow strict hotel policies and can’t do even small things for you. staff at junior level they are very good and polite but they don’t have anything in their hands. Stay was comfortable but when you go for breakfast you will mismanagement everywhere."
