"The staff checked us out as we went to have breakfast 2hrs before checkout time. So we had to go back down to the lobby and wait for someone to let us in our room. The breakfast buffet wasn't up to par. The pancake machine was not good nor were the juices and milk cold they were room temp. "

"I had to be moved to another room when I first arrived, and then the second had urine on the toilet. I told the management about it when I was too tired too go to another room. That was the only thing bad about mine stay just the cleanliness of the room. "

"Room was very dirty. Mystery splatters on walls, lamp shades by bed filthy, bad smell from ac unit that gave us headaches cancelled stay for second night. "

"The people at the front desk were EXCEPTIONAL! She was also the laundry management so please know she was amazing and made our trip so much easier!"

"This property is not maintained very well. The elevator seems very old, makes strange noises and has an electric or oil type of smell on the third floor. The first room we were given had a dirty bathroom and the lights didn’t work. Most of the complimentary breakfast was gone when we got there (an hour before it ended)."
