The staff was top tier and helped us have the best time at their hotel. The pool was advertised on here but once we were there, the pool and hot tub were both shutdown. The room overall was nice. There was no mini fridge or microwave. Breakfast was good.

Every year we make a trip to Louisville to visit Churchill Downs to watch the horses run. The last "3" yeas we have stayed at Holiday Inn Hurstbourne. The rooms are always clean and the staff is great. For $15 you get a full breakfast. Be sure to pay at check in as they charge $18 if you wat to pay that morning. While the hotel doesn't have a functioning restaurant, there are several placed withing walking distance. We always visit the sports bar/restaurant Brownies "The Shed". We will again stay there next year.

The staff was super nice. And the location is handy for anyone coming from the east on I-64. The room was clean and well-kempt. I did have a bit of trouble trying to turn the heat up, but it went up some, otherwise, my stay was excellent, and I will definitely stay there again when in Louisville.
