"We stayed here one the first and last night of our trip to be close to the airport. If you go into it with the assumption that it's purely functional, it does that job rather well. But do note you will not not be within walking distance of any of the typical sights in Florence. This is just for staying near the airport if you have a late arrive or or early departure. While our first stay was okay, the second stay was great. Our room on the 2nd stay was much larger and the staff were fantastic. I think it may depend on which staff are there at the time and what room you get assigned, but in any event I think it's a great place near the airport. "

"Exceptional cleanliness. Beautiful rooms. Kind, friendly service. The hotel is right in the middle of everything you want to see in Florence. Our family of 4 was able to easily walk to the train station, and all of the major attractions. The hotel is surrounded by amazing restaurants."

"Such a wonderful property! It was so clean and the standard room was larger in person than photos. Staff was friendly and the location was 10-15 min walk to the main downtown area. They had stunning views at the rooftop bar. Young and vibrant I would stay here again and recommend to anyone! "

"This elegant hotel is located right in the heart of Florence only steps from the Piazza Della Signoria, with the best shopping, dining, museums, and nightlife in the city. The location alone is worth the price, to be so close to all the best Florence has to offer. In addition to that, the hotel is richly decorated and comfortable in every way. "Like many properties in Florence, the rooms seem a little worn and do with a re-do. However the staff was great, and helpful, and the location very good. Overall we were happy with the choice. Polish up the rooms an bet and upgrade the pillows and linens and this would be 5 star. "
