Wir waren mit unseren Kindern 5 Nächte im Ressort und es hat uns grundsätzlich gut gefallen. Wären da nicht die folgenden negativen Punkte: Kein Restaurant, keine Bar - trotzdem es bei Expedia in der Angebotsbeschreibung stand. Müll auf der unteren Terrasse - da stand eine alte rostige Waschmaschine und ein halb aufgerissen und halb noch verpackter Holzzaun - Verletzungsgefahr und unschön anzusehen. Die Markise unten auf der Terrasse war vergammelt und machte in Summe keine Lust auf einen Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse. Im Bad ragten oberhalb des Bidets 2 Rohre ca 20cm aus der Wand - Verletzungsgefahr und nicht schön anzusehen. Ich wünsche hier als Entschädigung eine Teilerstattung des gezahlten Preises um 15%.

Un bel établissement.

L'établissement est situé à 20 minutes de Florence, dans la campagne. La maison est très propre, très sécurisée, avec un lieu pour garer la voiture. Tous les éléments étaient conformes à la description. Il y a de nombreux placards pour ranger ses affaires. L'extérieur est très sympa, nous pouvions déjeuner et nous se détendre.

J'aurai préféré avoir plus d'espace dans mon appartement (séjour et cuisine +de couchage ) trouver une solution pour les moustiques 😣 si non rien à dire tout était super

Je recommande

La résidence est situé à à peu près 15 minutes en voiture de Florence. Idéalement placé pour visiter la toscane. A 1heure de sienne par les petites routes de campagne.L’appartement que nous avions pour cinq était spacieux et disposer d’une terrasse qui donnait sur la piscine. L’appartement était propre et fonctionnel. Le personnel est très sympathique et souriant toujours prêt à nous rendre service. La résidence est calme. Le parking est fermé. La piscine est appréciable après les visites sous la chaleur toscane.Nous sommes à cinq minutes en voiture d’un petit carrefour market situé dans un petit village à côté de la résidence. Je recommande vivement cette location,nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
