"I would like to express how deeply unsatisfied I am with my stay. On arrival the member of staff who was on the front desk seemed confused with my booking email. After 10- 15 mins of waiting I was then told that there was no hot water in the room which was being allocated to us. When we were showed to the room it was full of damp, my partner is asthmatic and I tried to tell the person on reception. The language barrier was quite apparent and I was told ‘no rooms’. "Nice hotel. Great staff. Excellent pool and sun deck. Good restaurants in the hotel. Wall to Coron is 15 min. Or $50-$100 tricycle ride. Walk to El Nido town is about 30 min, or $100-$150 tricycle ride. Lots of stuff around the hotel too for food. "
