They did not even made the bed. And when you ask them for towels or garbage bags they pretend they don’t speak English!!"

"I ordered food through Ubereats. The staff was present when another guest received two orders from two different cars and believed both orders were hers. I asked the staff because my food was delivered and the guest stole it and walked fast to avoid detection, to go to her room and see that one of the orders said my name. They did nothing, they owe me $44."
