It is very centrally located and we were able to walk to museums, churches, the ice fjord, etc. The staff are all friendly and helpful with information about the hotel, town and excursions. Stunning views across the bay which was full of icebergs. We had a deluxe room with the skylight and yes you can see the northern lights from the bed! Food was good, staff were great and the hotel is just a short walk from the town centre. Delighted with our visit, thank you.
