"The venue is looking very tired and needs remedial work shelf hanging off, toilet holders removed as broken, TV difficult to use limited channels non terrestrial basic channels, milk sugar no coffee. Bed uncomfortable and seen better days and front Flat door difficult to lock "

"Beautiful property. We really enjoyed our stay here, it was so cosy, clean & well looked after. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, they made us feel very at home and were very attentive throughout our time. Great location and a short 5 minute drive to Haworth. "The attention to detail is so lovely. Everyone was really helpful and we enjoyed the food, the surroundings and the spa.
A really beautiful getaway. The female members of staff had to put up with a pretty misogynistic guest while we were there (which we witnessed at breakfast) and they kept their cool and handled his rudeness with grace and patience. A lot of friendly professionals work here and you can see they put love into their work! "
