Let the room down and needs replacing.There was a nasty rip in the flooring in one of the lifts which was a trip hazard. Staff were all very friendly and our room was lovely too. "Property was very pleasing, good breakfast. Large spacious rooms, with tea and coffee facilities , filtered water available in reception. Thought the furniture was slightly disappointing as staining on varnish on surfaces where people had not been careful with drinks etc . But otherwise very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very quiet and a short drive from the town centre. "
