Cannes is certainly the place of the beautiful but that doesn't just end with the people. I stayed here with my husband on an all too short break. Did my homework and it certainly paid off. The Five Seas provides laid back luxury in a fantastic boutique setting. It's design oriented but in no way pretentious. I was lucky enough to receive an upgrade to a spacious junior suite and free welcome cocktails courtesy of Expedia. I'm big on service and The Five Seas did not disappoint. ...

Great central location Optimum price quality balance

Dear Carlton Cannes Team, I booked a room for my wife's birthday surprise. We were welcomed from the moment we walked through the doors of the hotel, from reception to the room service. Everything was done with great thought and we felt really well looked after. We would like to say a big thank for making this special occasion extra special, ballon in the room, cake and welcome drinks- The hospitality and care deserves appreciation. We will be back soon!!

Absolute gem of a family hotel. We've stayed there a few times now and it's always first rate. An oasis in Cannes!

I liked everything about the hotel, I stayed in this hotel lots of times and every time I stay I enjoy it more and more, the staff are all friendly and welcoming,and very helpful. Great location, near the beach and promenade. Lovely helpful staff, very friendly. Nice breakfast with lots of choice. Free bar from 6-9 too which is amazing before you go out in the night.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simlle and delicious. Right on Rue du Antibes, easy for shopping, beaches and food.

Great service, lovely helpful lady on check in who showed us to our room and explained things, very friendly staff, easy parking! Seen reviews saying car park round the back and hard to find?? Disagree, in fact those reviews made it hard for us on arrival as tried to find the car park out the back unnecessarily! Drive to front of hotel, press the buzzer, they let you in, take the keys at reception and park it for you! The room was great, made a change to stay at a hotel where the photos actually...

The staff and management at OKKO were amazing . They surpassed our previous experiences at the Martinez in terms of knowledge and friendliness. Well done we had an amazing stay thanks to the service.

Lovely typically French hotel in great location The pool is an all day sun trap, and you are 5 mins walk away from all the action Very friendly staff, rooms are small but perfect clean base for exploring Cannes, or simply doing nothing and enjoying the local bars and restaurants

Nice modern rooms with good facilities and very comfy beds. Small pool/spa on roof nice to cool down small gym with couple of machines nice clean facility.
