Hakuba Sunvalley Hotel
Although the property is not exactly updated, it was incredibly clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. It’s located right in front of the beginners lift and was close proximity to the ski school and shuttle pick up. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Hotel JAL City Nagano
The JAL hotel is wonderfully located in Nagano city, only a few blocks walk to the train station. A full and large Breakfast is available everyday on the top floor for amazing views of the surrounding mountains. Rooms are quite spacious. Eminence by The Hakuba Collection
We traveled as a family of five people and stayed in this house for three days during our wonderful school break. The house had everything we needed.

The communications were clear and prompt. We were picked up from the bus station despite arriving at Hakuba around 10.30pm. The property is also equipped with amenities that one can reasonably expect.
