Translation of information was only available in Chinese. It’s a bit unfriendly to non Chinese speaking guests. Don’t know if it’s normal in Jeju, but there was a constant squeaky noise after a few minutes of hot shower. The hotel is old, decor and feeling is early 80s The room was not clean, you can see stains everywhere. Bathroom has a bathtub, but no standing shower - so, when you shower, the entire toilet gets wet. Location is good, facing the sea. Staff service is very limited. English is limited."
