"The location of the hotel is great. There are many dining option, stores and a walkable hill where you can watch beautiful sunsets. The room, however, was very basic. The beds and bathroom were clean, but there was no space where to keep some clothes out of the suitcase. "The hotel is indeed spotless. The English speaking hotel staff were accommodating and responsive to the queries raised by the guests even prior to our arrival. Also, their presence 24/7 is a plus factor. The availability of a washing machine and dryer is a big help as well. On top of this, it is accessible to restaurants, shopping centers among others. The hotel can help book transportation for the guests, if needed. The positive reviews we read which made us decide on choosing...

"Lotte City Hotel is one of the better hotels in the area and located close to airport. I got lucky and got a free upgrade on my room booking to ocean view so that was a very pleasant surprise. Amenties and room were very nice and clean. Staff very friendly. Would stay again next time visiting Jeju"

The location is extremely convenient : u can find great variety of restaurants or shops within 5 minutes walking and airport is 5 minutes driving away. Everything is so good except that hot water flow is slow due to inadequate water pressure. "
