"The staff here are very helpful and friendly. I was concerned that it would be noisy considering how close to Harvey the property is. But it’s surprisingly quiet. This is an old style motel so they have worked with what they have and updated the rooms as best they can. We didn’t use the pool area but it looked very nice. The room, kitchenette, bathroom were very clean with everything you would need to cook for yourself. There are outdoor BBQ’s available for guests to use and a picnic area. The exterior of the motel looks worn, so initial impression isn’t that great, but as mentioned, the areas the guests use are clean, maintained and the location is so convenient. We would definitely stay here again and the price is more reasonable than the big hotels where you rarely get the bonus of cooking facilities in your room."

"It was a nice hotel at a good rate. It was clean, the staff were friendly and they had a nice breakfast. We had a fun time swimming in the outdoor pool and hot tub."

"We had an excellent stay at Best Western Plus Kelowna. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Our ground-floor room had an outdoor patio with convenient access to the courtyard, which was a wonderful feature. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and quality. We would happily stay here again."

"Still being renovated. Room had the brand new smell and was super nice. Bed was comfortable. Only thing was the shower had little water pressure and the water wasn't very hot. Building is still under maintenance so hoping that will be fixed by our next stay. Would stay here again."
