Great Facility and Service

We stay here for one night, it is very impressive, clean, spacious with great service. We only ate soup for dinner due to unwell, it was one of the best soup we have in Peru. In addition, the parking is secured. It was a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

Nice and quiet!

The hotel locates away from the chaotic Ica downtown so it was very quiet. The room was small but clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was simple and sufficient. Jose at the reception was very kind and arranged all the taxi rides to downtown. I recommend this hotel to everybody who wants to sleep quiet in Ica.

Room price is much higher than what I expected. The staff’s language(English) & cleanness services are below average. Besides, breakfast is not enough. Lastly, fx in PEN is applied pretty higher than the current fx rate in global market(up to 3.5/USD is applied). So, overall my mark for the hotel goes to “6/10, just below average”.

Perfect getaway from the noise and hustle of the main parts of Huacachina and Ica. My family and I stayed for 3 nights while visiting the sand dunes and oasis. Not much around the hotel itself which is what makes it good and quiet, but for only about 7 soles you can take a taxi into Huacachina which the hotel will gladly arrange for you. Adequate breakfast included, very clean well-kept pool, and extremely friendly and helpful staff. My daughters were very sad to leave. Would definitely stay there again.

A great hotel & restaurant if you're staying one or more days. Staff is friendly and helpful and provided us with information about things to see/visit in the region. Rooms are clean, comfortable and pleasantly furnished and decorated. Washroom is clean and has hot water. Food is great, but no desserts unfortunately, and no expresso coffee either, nor black tea. An enjoyable stay in Ica, and a 10 minutes car trip to Huacachina's oasis. Not much in a walking distance (especially at night), but a reasonable mall 5 minutes away by car.

Oasis near the oasis

Gorgeous little hotel with rooms surrounding a central courtyard with a pool. Very tastefully decorated and clean. WIFI was good. The only problem was with processing payment on a Mastercard. I think the area has some infrastructure deficits as it was at the center of the 2007 earthquake. Jenni, the manager, was super patient with our efforts and very accommodating. Breakfast was lovely.

Beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff, free breakfast was great, clean room, warm shower. Would've liked to have had an mini refridgerator in the room to preserve our food and cool our drinks (It was not advertised as having one, but would've been convenient). Bed was not the most comfortable. Wi-Fi was having intermittent issues.

Hotel atende à expectativa, confortável, equipe excelente, sempre tentando ser o mais solícito possível, café da manhã simples mas bom. Apenas uma ressalva na questão do chuveiro. Saía pouca água quente (bem pouco mesmo) e eles não conseguiram resolver o problema enquanto estive hospedada lá.

Wenn eine Übernachtung in Ica sein muss, dann hier

Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön, aber für Alleinreisende eher weniger gut geeignet. Es ist eine Unterkunft für Familien und Paare. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr lecker. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilft bei der Tourenplanung. Das Hotel kann nichts dafür, aber in Ica an sich würde ich nicht wieder übernachten. Lieber nur durchreisen, um die Sanddünen zu sehen. Die Stadt an sich ist nicht sehenswert und ich fühlte mich als Frau auch nicht sicher.

I would ho there again

Great hotel with nice staff. It is about 10 minutes by taxi from/to Huacachina for 10 soles. Nice, newly built hotel, they are still building top floors but it doesnt have any impact to guests. Nice pool which I didnt use at the end (limited sun as it is in the middle of the building) but spent 2 hours on roof terrase organizing my trip. Nice breakfast eggs and toasts as everywhere, but at beautiful patio with fresh coffee.

Exceptionally clean hotel withh great potential

Jenny was very helpful in suggesting various travel and dining options. She is very efficient and professional and is an asset to the hotel and guests. Staff spend a lot of time cleaning the rooms and the common areas.

Great hotel..even better staff

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it was great! Jenny at reception helped us with everything we would possibly need from taxi, laundry, tourist advice...she went above and beyond for us. It's a great hotel with great facilities in a reaaaalllyy good location. Only 10 mins from huacachina..we payed 7soles to get to huacachina and 2.5 soles to get to the main square in ica. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay again. THANK YOU JENNY!!

Excellent attention and fair price

This is a sort of small hotel in the suburbs of Ica and fairly close to Huacachina, an attractive tourism spot. The hotel staff was really interested in make in our stay comfortable. They also provide us with contacts for local tourism services and recommendations for visiting places and food options. Our only complain was the limited hot water flow in the shower but they offered us to move to another room the second night to allow for a repair.
