"Staff is so nice and helpful with great English. The pool and rooftop are really nice. The gym is too small and have the equipment is broken. The beds are so uncomfortable, you can tell they are old and need replacement. Or at least a mattress topper for comfort, you can feel the springs through the bed. No body lotion or hair conditioner. But other than that, great location to walk everywhere and easy taxi service with the hotel."

"Loved staying here the food was good the staff were supper friendly and attentive. We had a few problems with our rooms and they dealt with it so well and upgraded our wristbands to premium. This place will be my go to when I come to Ibiza again. Thanks guys"

"Overall the location was great. Hotel And pool area are nice. Especially with direct access to the beach. Axel hotels are very hetero friendly so don’t let that deter you at all. Front desk person was very kind. Only issue I had was we were at the pool for hours waiting for our room which is fine but service seemed to be lacking getting people drinks from the bar. My fiancé tried to order food several times and the employees seemed to be confused when the kitchen was serving what, but again overall fun stay."

"My only complaint would be related to bed availability and being assigned a two twin beds during a wedding anniversary trip with my spouse, despite messaging the hotel in advance. The hotel said it was a high occupancy day hence the lack of bed availability. However, I do want to commend the hotel for having courteous staff and for accommodating travelers in allowing luggage storage before the room was available and afterwards. The location of the hotel near old town was super practical and also 2 blocks from the ferry station to formentera. It was convenient. There was a laundromat within 6 blocks and a supermarket across the street."
