"Everything and everyone was amazing! Only complaint, the canal view room, pointless. You can’t see the canal unless ur an nba player or you travel with a step stool. You open window and blocking your view is part of the wall and flowers. Location is perfect and the staff was amazing. Room was clean and spacious!"

The hotel arranged for out water taxi from the airport & to the train station when we departed. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! Nice variety, very well prepared, breakfast area was quite attractive. The desk personnel were fantastic! Very friendly, incredibly helpful, & really focused on ensuring that your stay was perfect. We will miss the hotel as much as Venice itself!"
