A staff member who was still friendly welcomed me. Having a staff member who can speak Japanese is a great advantage.
They also ran a free breakfast. I didn't eat and just looked around, but it looked delicious.
Coffee is free, too. Washing machines and dryers are also free if you just buy detergent.

"We had a good stay. The free parking was a nice perk for the price. The room we were assigned initially had a leaky air conditioner but they promptly helped us move rooms. "I’ve stayed at this hotel more than once. There are so many reasons why this place is a gem. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Whether it’s storing luggage or providing directions, they are patient with foreigners when checking in and checking out. Many cool amenities like a rooftop lounge and hot bath. The location is surrounded by fun, trendy shops and amazingly delicious places to eat. Even after areas normally close, you can find late night snack options. There is so much more too. Would certainly stay here again! "
