First day itself, front desk was confused why my booking is not popping up on their system. But I will say the staff was very cooperative and welcoming. Food was awesome. You should try both their restaurants. Real good food. Tatva, spa is also awesome. Some of their stuffs are awesome in deep tissue msg. Pool was clean. But last day was not disappointing. Even after 3 days stay, they were not able to find the room payment which I had already made. I saw in my card, they put the charge again which I had already paid to expedia. Once I called them, they said that charge is being put by Expedia now where as my credit card bill on 25th oct, 2022 shows, Expedia had charged me. Bit disappointing. Now I need to chase behind them :) to get things resolved. So in single line great facilities and amenities, but front desk staff ☹️
