The interface with the Hotel Arbio group was just awful. It took 2.5 hours of phone calls, emails, texts to get the address and entry code. If I hadn't booked through Expedia I would have had to find alternative accommodation. The Expedia assistance service was great. Arbio was woeful. I would avoid any Hotel Airbo booking through...
