Everything was as advertised. The staff were very friendly and helpful! It's a hostel so not a ton of luxury but everything you need if you just need a place to sleep and shower :)

Solid equipment in line with the price. Friendly, competent staff. Continental breakfast, rich and inexpensive. Easy to reach by bus and subway. Hagenbeck Zoo very close by.

The staff were friendly. I didn’t like that there was no toilet in the room. Reception isn’t open for long during the day. Close to public transport and there’s a super market nearby.

Good stay.

Very compact but sufficiently comfortable and facilities in good shape. Would like to have darker window shutters and a water boiler at the room. Could not find the switch for the main light. Friendly staff.

Clean; very friendly staff; for check-in and check-out no direct contact with front desk needed but works very well; simple accommodation; affordable; shared toilet is very clean; when other guests walk down the hall it can be a bit noisy, so bring ear-plugs if you are noise sensitive; I did not book breakfast (8,50€ until 9:30 AM) but it looked and smelled nice from a distance; public transport and supermarkets are in short walking distance; recommended for the budget traveler!

Comfortable and Reliable

I feel very comfortable and had good sleep at night, very calm and noise free place and also cleanliness. Just one thing I want to mention about there is no attach bath in the room. It’s a separate on a different side. All in all I am satisfied with the stay.

War jetzt zum zweiten Mal dort, es ist praktisch eingerichtet, reicht vollkommen zum Übernachten , Frühstück ist spontan unkompliziert dazu buchbar und völlig ausreichend, um dann in den Tag zu starten. Auch das Personal vor Ort ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.Pluspunkt geb ich gerne für die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern .

Alle waren sehr nett und die Zimmer /Appartments waren einfach spitze …auch das Frühstück hat mir sehr gefallen ..keine übertriebene Auswahl dafür alles frisch und lecker ständig wurde nachgefüllt und der Preis dafür absolut in Ordnung…Super Anbindung direkt um der Ecke und ein super Parkplatz im Hinterhof …ruhige Lage wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen…Top 👍👍👍

Die Unterkunft ist halt bloß ein Zimmer mit Bett und Dusche. es gibt nur eine Gemeinschaftstoilette. Insgesamt stimmt Preis-Leistung. Wer nur schlafen muss ist hier genau richtig.
