"Our stay at Meraki Resort Hurghada was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the very first moment we arrived, we were welcomed with the words “welcome home” – and that is exactly how it felt throughout all 10 days of our stay.
The resort is large, beautiful, and very well maintained. Everything is clean and well taken care of, and you can really see the attention to detail. The housekeeping is excellent – both the rooms and the common areas are always spotless.
The food was a big positive surprise. There is a wide selection of both food and drinks, and the restaurants are truly top-notch. The quality is high, and there is plenty of variation, so you never get bored. No matter your taste, there is something for everyone.
The level of activities is also impressive. The animation team does an incredible job – they are energetic, friendly, and great at making everyone feel included. There is always something going on, and the atmosphere is both fun and relaxed at the same time.
The staff deserves special praise. They are kind, professional, and helpful in every way. We unfortunately lost a gold bracelet during our stay, but the way it was handled was truly impressive. Everyone took it seriously, and it was handled with professionalism and care, which gave us great peace of mind.
Overall, this was an experience where service, quality, and atmosphere come together perfectly. Meraki Resort Hurghada is a place we highly recommend – and we would love to return."
"Disappointing for a Hilton, really poor food, no food service at the pool, doesn’t have rooms with enough beds to cater for 3 people, guest relations not helpful.
However, all the staff were great, shout out to the animation team, especially Mango and Maro"
"The room was clean upon arrival and had plenty of room. I liked the walkout balcony, it could have used a better rack to hang stuff to dry but it did have a small one.
The beach was nice, lots of places to lay down and enjoy the view. Towel exchange was easy and didnt feel like anyone was trying to steal my towel when left to swim or grab a drink.
The pool was good, and nice to be able to grab a drink there.
The food was pretty good and so was the juice.
James and Mac diving was great and had very professional staff. The guides were very friendly and did a good job explaining the dives to me in english as the whole group was german. I appreciated them spotting interesting things to see during the dive too.
The late evening events were decent too aswell as the drinks. "
"Breakfast fresh. Some staff delightful, others rude. Very spacious rooms. Good amenities, including kettle in room, bottled water every day and beach towels provided. Well placed for shops, marina and restaurants. Swimming pool too noisy."
"Great resort ***for the price***. Staff is great and will bend over backwards to make sure you have a great stay. If you decide to stay here, you will enjoy it, and you'll be glad you did, especially when you look at what you didn't spend at a more expensive resort.
Also, the immediate area is very walkable and quite pleasant. Easy access to pharmacies, Carrefour, and the usual resort clothing/souvenir shops.
That said, maintainance/upkeep is a bit of an issue. "Weardownables" like towels, sheets, the poolside chaise lounge pads...all seem old and in need of replacement.
Our biggest issue was the lack of variety at the main restaurants. You can make a reservation at the small restaurant venues in the resort (some have an upcharge) but the two main restaurants pretty much serve the same stuff every day, and it's not particularly tasty. After the first four days, we found ourselves going into Hurghada to other restaurants. Hurghada isnt expensive and it's close by Uber, so this wasn't a huge issue; just saying you're not going to get cruise ship variety and quality here.

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Boutique hotel, so much so we booked another week whilst we were there and we have booked to come back in April.
We had only been at the hotel for 2 days and we were upgraded to a sea view room.
The staff are so friendly it is like staying with family and the hotel is in the perfect spot to enjoy all the bars, restaurants and shops of the marina.
The beach is 20 seconds away and is clean and tidy.
We would give this hotel 10/10 and we will be back many times in the future "
