Staff was welcoming. Room was fine, except the pillows were pretty rough. Hotel should provide better quality pillows. Needs a bit of room renovation .

Olivia at check in was spectacular, very enthusiastic and personable! Be sure to keep her! The bar was not well staffed poor bartender and was out of drinks poor TV in the room is very old needs upgraded soon! Overdue

Easy to access shopping and the motorway. The air conditioning unit was dusty . My wife started wheezing. After two days they replaced unit! Greatful for that. The staff were polite even though it took time to sort issue.but likely not there fault but upper ngt need to make decisions. The hotel could do with updating it looks alittle worn. Sink blocked they did respond but point is these issues shouldn't be happening.

The room I stayed in was missing the bolt covers on the toilet. The toilet ran all night long. The shower dripped a lot after use. The toilet and counter top were so low and I am only 5’6” and the phone in the room didn’t work. No guide for the TV or sights to see around town. Just not a good place to stay for the price spent

We had an issue with the tub drain the first night but after contacting customer service the second time we were given an upgraded room. The hotel is located in an area very close to Resturant, banking and shopping facilities which was a plus for us.

The hotel is ok. Zero amenities. While clean which is good, there are dings, scratches and chips in all the furniture, walls and fixtures. The rooms are very dark and lighting in the bathroom is terrible. The staff was nice, although less than an hour from when I checked in they checked another guest into my room and they showed up trying to get into my room, with keys that actually worked. Fortunately I had the deadbolt and chain on. The staff member came up next to ask if I was in the right room. Ummm…. Yes of course I was. How else would I have gotten in there. She was very apologetic but just not a good feeling. Overall if you are looking for a clean, cheap place this is close although I think the value is less than than what I paid. There are a couple newer options close to this location that are probably more worth the extra few dollars

The property is close to restaurants and Costco, but the beds were terribly uncomfortable and the property needs some TLC. Maybe a change in owner or management could easily revitalize this property.

This place is nice and clean and quiet. Close to lots of shopping. Easy parking and excellent staff that was super friendly. Just wish the gym was in better condition. Missing weights etc… would be nice to have water station and the pool was freezing…

The bathroom had a hole in the wall near the plumbing of the toilet. We asked the front for washcloths they had no idea what we were talking about and claimed the hand towels were the smallest they had but when we had our room cleaned a few times they put a washcloth on the sink. We forgot toothpaste and I’ve been to several where they have complimentary toothpaste and they looked at me like I was crazy.

The location is amazing! We walked across the street to Bella Terra and ate at Solita and Kings (Amazing places). The staff was very kind and responsive, parking was super easy but the rooms need to be redone. The pool was also not heated, freezing cold! And the spa is dirty and old looking.
