"I’ve stayed at this hotel twice now, and it’s become my go-to choice for a quick overnight before an early flight. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short distance from the airport, which takes a lot of the stress out of early departures. They also offer paid long-stay parking along with a complimentary airport shuttle service, making the whole experience even more seamless. The staff made a great impression—especially the receptionist, who was warm, welcoming, and very polite throughout check-in. I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant during my stay, and the food was enjoyable, with a good standard of quality and taste. Overall, it’s a reliable, comfortable option for short stays, particularly if you need easy airport access. I’d definitely stay here again."

"This is great hotel/apartment just to the north of Melbourne but still very accessible into the city with its very convenient transport links of the train and the tram just stopping right outside and straight into Flinders Street if you want the city in only 30mins. I love the fact it’s in the ex Pentridge Prison complex, the apartment's are modern and well fitted out. I was here for three weeks with a work visit and the apartment was perfect, I’ve stayed here a few times now and only just discovered the small shopping mall in the prison complex and it’s just great with the nice shops and bar/restaurants. Staff are helpful and friendly too. Great stay! "

"Breakfast was a little basic for the style of property. Rooms were great and large and provided lots of comfort. Water pressure was a little low, but more than enough to shower"

"Stayed in the Yering Suite. Nobody onsite except for one house keeping staff knew how to light the gas fire in the room. We tried to light it but turns out the pilot light was not lit. Ended up with three members of staff in the room being shown how to use it. No instructions for how to turn on the power to operate the spa bath, it was hidden inside a cupboard. No chef available so restaurant was closed. Bathroom windowsill was full of dead bugs. The bed posts were full of dust. Pool was not in operation and in a terrible state. Paying $460 for 1 night I expected better."
