The room was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the shuttle ride to the airport was great! We arrived early from our cruise and we were able to get into our room without paying extra money. I would stay there again.

The location was great. The staff was so helpful and nice. The room was spacious and clean. Would stay there again if we are in the area.

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Houston Northwest, TX
The people who run this are very nice, but the condition of the hotel inside needs a major overhaul. The elevator didn’t work, so we took the stairs 3 flights up. The carpet all throughout is stained and dirty. Our room smelled of old smoke and iron and there were roaches. I stayed 3 hours and turned ...
