Holiday Inn Houston NE - Bush Airport Area by IHG
No platinum perks that we were to get. Rude counter clerk. No amenities really except expensive buffet breakfast we paid for. As good as low end hotels. No gift basket either. Shuttle driver was great. Not a fan. Highly over rated not family friendly.

First, we were checked into a room that had not been cleaned. The second room we got was absolutely filthy, sticky floors.The room was in bad shape. No a safe area either. Will never stay again.

This people have water that smells like poop. Sewage water is what they use for water. Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Had 3 issues: 1) pipes clanging in the room across from the elevators. Pretty loud and heard them all night. 2) Called down to desk because we needed sheets and pillows for pull out couch.
