"Didn't eat breakfast. The bar area and upstairs restaurant did not look or smell appealing. AC is extremely noisy and the bathroom is too small. The carpet looked dirty and the outdated furniture was near the elevators. I would never recommend this hotel. "

"Truly, truly DO NOT stay here. I don’t leave these reviews ever but please listen to this one. You will not be happy. The only plus was the guy at the front desk was so kind and helpful but that doesn’t make up for everything else. We didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on the beds, we ended up actually leaving and sitting on a chair in the airport for hours which was better than here, there was hair on the beds that wasn't ours, nail polish and weird burns all over the desk, stains on the chair for the desk that we didn’t sit on because who knows what that even was, the smell when you walk in to this hotel is horrible it smells like poop. The bathroom was disgusting, toilet wouldn’t flush, hair in the shower drain blocking it, brown stains on the bathroom wall, didn’t feel safe staying here, bugs, little flies everywhere. "

The staff were warm, attentive, and professional, always going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Whether it was check-in, housekeeping, or valet, every interaction was seamless and welcoming. The location is another major plus. Being in the heart of Houston’s Museum District made it incredibly easy to explore nearby attractions, parks, and cultural spots, all within a short distance. "
